This Privacy Policy describes how Simply Approved Corporation, the corporation that owns and operates the Simply Approved Business Loans brand and website (together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, "Simply Approved," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information and business information when you visit simplyapprovedbusinessloans.com (the "Site"), submit a funding inquiry, communicate with us by phone, SMS, email, or chat, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to applicants, business owners, guarantors, beneficial owners, authorized signatories, and website visitors located in the United States, Canada, and other jurisdictions where we operate.

By using the Services or submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services or submit information to us.

1. Who we are

Simply Approved Corporation ("the Company") is the parent corporation that owns and operates the Simply Approved Business Loans brand, the Site, and all related marketing, customer-service, and technology operations. Simply Approved Business Loans is a trade name and division of Simply Approved Corporation and is not a separate legal entity. Simply Approved Corporation is an independent marketing and matching service for commercial business financing. We are not a lender, bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial advisor. We connect business owners with third-party funding partners, including Advance Funds Network and lenders in its network, who originate, underwrite, and fund credit products. Our registered address is 633 W 5th St, Ste 2600, Los Angeles, CA 90071, US. You can contact us at info@simplyapprovedbusinessloans.com or (844) 440-9139.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Identifiers and contact data: full legal name, business name, DBA, email address, phone number, mailing address, business address, date of birth, and IP address.
  • Government identifiers: Social Security Number (SSN), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), Employer Identification Number (EIN), Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Business Number, Social Insurance Number (SIN, only where required by a Canadian funding partner), and government-issued ID (such as a driver's license).
  • Financial and credit information: business bank statements, monthly revenue, deposit history, time in business, industry, ownership structure, existing debt, voided checks, tax returns, profit-and-loss statements, credit scores, credit reports, and bankruptcy or judgment history.
  • Transaction data: details of any funding offers presented, accepted, or declined, and the terms of any agreements entered into with our funding partners.
  • Communications: records of phone calls (which may be recorded for quality and training where permitted by law), SMS messages, emails, chat sessions, and voicemails between you and Simply Approved.
  • Online activity: pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps. We collect this through cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies (see Section 8).
  • Information from third parties: credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, Equifax Canada, TransUnion Canada, Dun & Bradstreet), bank verification providers (such as Plaid, Finicity, or MX), identity verification services, fraud prevention services, public records, and our funding partners.

You are not required to provide this information, but if you do not, we may be unable to process your funding request.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • evaluate your funding inquiry and route it to one or more funding partners;
  • verify your identity and prevent fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized access;
  • obtain consumer and business credit reports as part of pre-qualification and underwriting;
  • communicate with you about your application, offers, status updates, and servicing;
  • provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  • send marketing communications about products and services that may interest you (you may opt out at any time);
  • comply with legal obligations, including the USA PATRIOT Act, Bank Secrecy Act, FinCEN beneficial-ownership rules, FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, PIPEDA, CASL, and applicable state and provincial laws;
  • enforce our Terms of Use, protect our rights, and defend against legal claims;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and Services, including analytics and product development.

4. Legal bases (Canada and other jurisdictions)

For applicants located in Canada, we rely on your express or implied consent under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and substantially similar provincial laws (including Quebec's Law 25, Alberta's PIPA, and BC's PIPA). Where permitted, we may also rely on legal obligation, contractual necessity, fraud prevention, and our legitimate business interests. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions, by contacting us at info@simplyapprovedbusinessloans.com.

5. How we share information

We share information in the following circumstances:

  • Funding partners and lenders: we share your application and supporting documents with Advance Funds Network and the lenders, funders, and brokers in its network so they can evaluate, approve, and fund your request. These partners are independent controllers of your information once received and use it under their own privacy policies.
  • Service providers: hosting, analytics, telephony, SMS, email, CRM, document storage, e-signature, identity verification, bank-statement aggregation, and fraud-prevention vendors who process information on our behalf under written contracts.
  • Credit bureaus and data sources: to obtain credit reports and verify information you submit.
  • Legal and safety: to comply with subpoenas, court orders, regulatory requests, and applicable law; to investigate fraud or security incidents; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Simply Approved, our customers, or others.
  • Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.
  • With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising or with marketing partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state laws (see Section 9). You can opt out as described below.

6. Credit reporting authorization

By submitting an application, you authorize Simply Approved Corporation, Advance Funds Network, and their funding partners to obtain consumer reports and business credit reports from one or more credit reporting agencies, and to share information with those agencies, in connection with pre-qualification, underwriting, funding, account servicing, collections, and any review, renewal, or extension of credit. A soft inquiry may be performed during pre-qualification and will not affect your personal credit score. A hard inquiry may be performed before final funding and may affect your score. This authorization remains in effect for as long as it is permitted by applicable law, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) in the United States and analogous Canadian credit-reporting laws.

7. Communications, SMS, AI contact, and TCPA / CASL consent

By providing your phone number, email address, or other contact information, you expressly consent to receive calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), emails, voicemails, and other communications, including those delivered via automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice, ringless voicemail, and artificial intelligence (AI), conversational AI agents, AI voice and chat assistants, AI-generated outbound calls, automated follow-up systems, and machine-learning-driven dialing and messaging platforms, from Simply Approved Corporation, the Simply Approved Business Loans brand, our affiliates, service providers, and funding partners (including Advance Funds Network and its lender network) at the number(s) and address(es) you provide, for application intake, identity verification, underwriting follow-up, servicing, collections, renewals, customer support, quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes. You acknowledge that some or all such communications may be initiated, generated, voiced, or routed by AI systems, and you agree this constitutes your prior express written consent under the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227; 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and analogous state and provincial laws (including Florida's FTSA, Washington's CEMA, Oklahoma's TCPA, and Quebec's Law 25). Consent to AI, automated, or prerecorded contact is not a condition of obtaining credit, goods, or services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, HELP for help, click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or email info@simplyapprovedbusinessloans.com to revoke consent. Calls and AI-assisted conversations may be monitored, recorded, transcribed, and analyzed for quality, training, AI model improvement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance where permitted by law. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of any phone number you submit and are authorized to provide this consent.

7A. Online advertising and social-media marketing (Meta, Google, and others)

We use third-party advertising, analytics, and conversion-tracking technologies from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp; Meta Pixel; Conversions API; Custom and Lookalike Audiences), Google LLC (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Signals, YouTube, Display & Video 360, conversion tags, Customer Match), and other networks such as TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Pinterest, and Reddit. These tools use cookies, SDKs, pixels, web beacons, server-side events, device identifiers, IP addresses, hashed identifiers (e.g., hashed email or phone), and on-site behavioral data to measure ad performance, build custom and lookalike audiences, retarget visitors, match users to platform profiles, and optimize campaigns. By using the Site or submitting an application, you consent to our sharing of limited information — including hashed contact details and event data — with these platforms for those purposes, subject to each platform's own terms and privacy policies. You may opt out via our Cookie Policy, browser/device settings, your Meta and Google ad-settings pages, the DAA (optout.aboutads.info), the NAI (optout.networkadvertising.org), and AdChoices Canada (youradchoices.ca). We do not control these third parties' independent practices.

8. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and serve advertising. We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and similar tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing for the browser sending the signal.

9. Your U.S. state privacy rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to:

10. Canadian privacy rights (PIPEDA / Law 25)

Canadian residents have the right to access the personal information we hold about them, request correction of inaccuracies, and withdraw consent (subject to legal and contractual restrictions). Quebec residents have additional rights under Law 25, including the right to data portability and the right to be informed of automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Our Privacy Officer can be reached at info@simplyapprovedbusinessloans.com. If we are unable to resolve your concern, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca or your applicable provincial privacy regulator.

11. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, accounting, audit, and regulatory obligations (typically up to seven years for financial records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.

12. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, vendor due diligence, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.

13. International transfers
